A Great Experience - 8 day GuiZhou This is our 2nd time booking our tour with China Xi'An Tour Co and we used the services of Travel Co-ordinator Nancy Liu again. This time, we booked the 8 day Quizhou Tour (14 to 22 Sept). Nancy was a delight to liaise with. She was very professional and prompt in her responses to our questions and requests. She continues to fine tune the itinerary based on our requests and also suggested some spots which we never thought of. The tour was very well planned and the the hotels exceeded our expectations. Our guide Nicholas and the driver were both locals and very familiar with the places and they coordinated the pick up and dropped off very well. The Driver had excellent driving skills and was always polite and reminded us to bring along our water. Our guide Nicholas was very caring and knowledgeable about the places we visited. He was also a great story teller and we never felted bored whilst on the bus. We were a group of 8 and Xi'An tour agency provided a 18-seater bus which were super comfortable for us as we each have our own seat. GuiZhou is a very lovely city and we had a wonderful time. 13 Days Beijing - Xian - Luoyang - Zhangjiajie - Shanghai We contacted China Xian Tour for a 4-day tour in Zhangjiajie, and in the end we had a great 13-day adventure in China. Sheron, our agent, was extraordinary: she was patient enough to customize this tour, she helped us with alternative hotel recommendations, the itinerary she proposed was very good. After dozens of emails exchanged, in the end we got a tour with absolutely everything included: hotels, transportation between cities by bullet trains/planes, guides, drivers. Everything was organized impeccably: the drivers were always on time, the guides helped us discover and understand the places visited. The recommended hotels were very good, with central locations.
