China Tours Reviews?

Excellent experience with China Xian Tour. We had a 13 days North Xinjiang private tour with 6 pax. From getting it organized to completing the tour, everything went smoothly with minimal issues. The guide, Abdul was knowledgeable, managed the situations well and gave us good recommendations for food. The driver, Mr Li was a safe and careful driver and did his job with a smile all the time.

13 Days Beijing - Xian - Luoyang - Zhangjiajie - Shanghai We contacted China Xian Tour for a 4-day tour in Zhangjiajie, and in the end we had a great 13-day adventure in China. Sheron, our agent, was extraordinary: she was patient enough to customize this tour, she helped us with alternative hotel recommendations, the itinerary she proposed was very good. After dozens of emails exchanged, in the end we got a tour with absolutely everything included: hotels, transportation between cities by bullet trains/planes, guides, drivers. Everything was organized impeccably: the drivers were always on time, the guides helped us discover and understand the places visited. The recommended hotels were very good, with central locations.
Many thanks for your help Sheron!
Special thanks to the guide in Xi'an, Noble Liu, who recommended us amazing things in Xi'an, and helped us to have an amazing experience.
Also in Zhangjiajie, our guide Avery gave us 3 perfect days, despite the foggy and rainy weather.
Thank you Noble Liu and Avery!
And last but not least the driver in Xi'an, Mr. Chen was very professional, very polite, always on time, a true gentleman.

A Great Experience - 8 day GuiZhou This is our 2nd time booking our tour with China Xi'An Tour Co and we used the services of Travel Co-ordinator Nancy Liu again. This time, we booked the 8 day Quizhou Tour (14 to 22 Sept). Nancy was a delight to liaise with. She was very professional and prompt in her responses to our questions and requests. She continues to fine tune the itinerary based on our requests and also suggested some spots which we never thought of. The tour was very well planned and the the hotels exceeded our expectations. Our guide Nicholas and the driver were both locals and very familiar with the places and they coordinated the pick up and dropped off very well. The Driver had excellent driving skills and was always polite and reminded us to bring along our water. Our guide Nicholas was very caring and knowledgeable about the places we visited. He was also a great story teller and we never felted bored whilst on the bus. We were a group of 8 and Xi'An tour agency provided a 18-seater bus which were super comfortable for us as we each have our own seat. GuiZhou is a very lovely city and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to China Xi'An Tour.

Would use again! We booked a 2 weeks trip to China, to various locations, family type. Sophie arranged transport, accommodation, private tours and everything went smoothly. There was no delay with the tours, guides were knowledgeable. Transport vans were in very good conditions and clean. We almost missed the trip to the great wall of China due to weather conditions but the guide and Sophie managed to arrange everything last minute. One internal flight was delayed and Sophie was in touch with us with updates. Amazing trip and definitely would recommend the travel agency.

Xi'an highlists from Beijing Excellent. Our tour guide Wendy was great, excellent English and good company over the 2 days. All else was as per the itinerary and punctual.

Satisfied! We thoroughly enjoyed the Zhangjiajie and Chongqing trip of Sept 8 to 20,2026 because of the hardwork of the people below:

Sophia Liu, has been very supportive of our queries and giving us good directions. no matter- matter outside office hours and weekends. Very quick responses.

Sean, friendly and professional in the coordination of our daily tour.

Lynn, good coordination and suggestions on best place to view attractions, such as the cruise to View Hongya Cave and BBQ dinner to watch the drone show. Takes good care of tour participants.

Very good and safe drivers such as Hei 哥 and Tang sifu.

Will definitely recommend china Xian Tour for tours in China to friends and relatives

Fabulous 21 days trip in China One of our best trips ever. China proved a big nice surprise for us and we have roamed most of the world over the last 40 years. China Xian tours really excelled in organising the tour and included not only our requests but crammed it with additional activities to fully utilise the time . Overall very very highly recommended and we will use them again and recommend them to all our friends. Very enjoyable experience. China is a must
