Itinerary 13 Days Silk Road Adventure Tour from Chengdu to Kashgar
This review is for China Xian Tour – the travel agent put together our private tour program and carried it out smoothly.
We started the planning of our China tripĀ about 6 months prior. Can’t find an existing tour matching our interests, we reached out to multiple providers: local tour planners/guides, big online travel agencies, and China Xian Tour (CXT). All are responsive, BUT only Ms. Nancy Liu at CXT paid the attention to address each and all of our very detailed wish list items right off the bat! Unlike some others went through multiple iterations yet were still off the mark.
Nancy was professional, responsive, thorough, considerate, and courteous. Any questions we had from transportation logistics to local weather APP, she would respond within hours, if not minutes, be it on weekdays, weeknights, weekends, or even holidays! She made sensible suggestions based on our conditions, and patiently updated the proposals numerous times.
During our trip, Nancy was in close contact with each and all of the local guides, and promptly addressed all questions we had. While we were in Xian, Nancy and Kelly even visited us in person after work seeking feedback – it is really unheard of!
CXT is a reliable China travel agency. They provide great program at a reasonable price, mostly superior local guides, and a much higher level of customer services!
We have already strongly recommended CXT to our friends, and are considering our next trip to China with CXT in the near future.
