An Excellent China Tour Experience with China Xian Tour It's been a month since we completed a wonderful private tour with China Xian Tour, covering Changsha, Zhangjiajie, Guilin and Yangshuo, and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience!

First and foremost, a big thank you to Kelly, our tour consultant, who has been exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable and honest from the very beginning of our enquiries right through to the end of our trip. She made sure everything was well taken care of, giving us peace of mind throughout the entire journey. Our private tour was thoughtfully designed around our preferences and interests, covering all the major attractions, with domestic transportation, accommodation, entrance tickets, tour guides and drivers all arranged seamlessly.

The entire trip was well organised, smooth and hassle-free, with no hiccups along the way. Every member of the team played their part in ensuring we had the best possible experience.

Michu in Changsha – Although we spent only a day with him, he went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and help us settle into a new place. His thoughtfulness and dedication were truly appreciated.

Kamila in Zhangjiajie – Such a sweet, kind and lovely young lady! Her warmth made our experience even more enjoyable.

Tony in Guilin – An experienced and knowledgeable guide who shared his insights and helped us appreciate the places we visited.

Our sincere thanks also go to all the drivers, who were consistently punctual, helpful and professional throughout the trip.

Another highlight was the excellent choice of accommodation. Every hotel was strategically located, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas independently after each day's tour. This gave us the flexibility to enjoy our evenings at our own pace, which we really appreciated.

Overall, China Xian Tour delivered top-notch service, excellent coordination and a truly memorable holiday experience. We are grateful to Kelly, all our guides, drivers and the entire team for making our journey through these beautiful destinations so enjoyable and worry-free.

The group enjoyed visiting your beautiful country, your itinerary was ideal it covered all the aspects that a cultural tourist needed to experience, I wish we had more days to spare.

Kelly you handled our multinationality group to precision , the varied arrival timings, the individual payments and your quick replies were commendable.

The organisation was perfect , hotels, breakfast ,guides, buses, drivers ,tours was excellent..the special dinners were good too ,but for the dinner in Shanghai which was insufficient and when we asked for more it was denied..please check on this.

Our guides Jessica in Shanghai ,Chris in Xian and Nikki in Beijing were excellent , patient, very caring knowledgeable and answered all our questions . The drivers were good with good driving skills and patient .

A Great Experience - 8 day GuiZhou This is our 2nd time booking our tour with China Xi'An Tour Co and we used the services of Travel Co-ordinator Nancy Liu again. This time, we booked the 8 day Quizhou Tour (14 to 22 Sept). Nancy was a delight to liaise with. She was very professional and prompt in her responses to our questions and requests. She continues to fine tune the itinerary based on our requests and also suggested some spots which we never thought of. The tour was very well planned and the the hotels exceeded our expectations. Our guide Nicholas and the driver were both locals and very familiar with the places and they coordinated the pick up and dropped off very well. The Driver had excellent driving skills and was always polite and reminded us to bring along our water. Our guide Nicholas was very caring and knowledgeable about the places we visited. He was also a great story teller and we never felted bored whilst on the bus. We were a group of 8 and Xi'An tour agency provided a 18-seater bus which were super comfortable for us as we each have our own seat. GuiZhou is a very lovely city and we had a wonderful time.
