Our guide was Britany who would be the best guide we have ever had on our many travels. She spoke perfect and clear English and was always available to help. She helped us get through air ports and railway stations, shopping, and banks. One sick person she took to the doctors and then the hospital and stayed with him.
She was incredibly knowledgable and very well organised. Her timing helped us to visit many places before the crowds arrived.
I would thoroughly recommend this tour as it covered a large section of China and included places in Tibet.

Wonders of Xi'an I spent a glorious few days in Xian this summer, and China Xian Tours was exceptional. Sheron, the agent who worked directly with me, was polite, approachable, and professional. She made sure I was kept up to date about tour times, meet up locations, and all the logistics of my multi-day tour around the city.

Noble was my tour guide, and Liu Jun was our driver. Noble made sure that I saw everything that I wanted to (I happen to be interested in far off Taoist temples and Buddhist shrines), and he was very knowledgeable about Chinese culture and history. Liu Jun was an exceptional driver, seamlessly navigating the chaotic Xian streets with ease and efficiency.

I highly recommend this company, and am already plotting my next excursion with them.

Excellent 10 days Private English Tour in China We had a great 10 day trip that Sophia helped us organized. Our trip started in Beijing with our guide Lily, where we spent 3 days visiting the Forbidden City, to the Great Wall, and the National Museum. We then took the high speed train to Xi'an, where we spent 3 days with Chris that walked us through the Terracotta Warriors and Muslim Quarters. We then flew to Shanghai where we met with Elena that took us to watertown, Shanghai museum, and the Bund. All the guides spoke English very well and was very knowledgeable about China's history and stories. They were super efficient in navigating through all the sites. We hardly waited in any lines which made it great for our family. We had a great time with our guides.

The car provided was super comfortable for our family and the drivers in each city was amazing. They knew exactly how to navigate through the chaos and our family felt safe throughout the trip.

7 Days Muslim Private Tour Yunnan Private 7 Days Muslim Tour covered Kunming, Dali, ShangriLa & Lijiang. We had a wonderful time, having the best Tour Guides in Yunnan that can speak English very well and they came from a different ethnic too!

Halal food is not an issue as it can be found mostly at the tourists centre and ofcourse at the Masjid @ Mosque area too. The delicious beef & Yak meat cooked nicely and overall the meal is not pricey at all.
The Muslim Tour Guide, Mr.Ibrahim Ma has showed us the masjid in the village and in Kunming city as well.

We were also amazed by the Stone Forest, Bend of the Yangtze River, Tiger Leaping Gorge, Naphai Lake, and the spectacular Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Ofcourse other places are quite interesting especially the old city and villages where my kids had a chance to rent Costumes of a different ethnic.

Overall, we enjoyed very much this Tour although some places need a long walk as we are in our 60s but honestly, the planning to go up to ShangriLa then coming down to Lijiang was a good idea as we explored a lot of new adventures.

Excellent private tour with a wonderful guide We had an amazing experience during our trip to China. They organized a 4-day private tour for our group, including 3 days in Beijing and 1 day in Shanghai.

We planned the itinerary together before the trip, and everything was very well organized. During the tour they were also very flexible and always ready to adjust the program when we needed changes. We never felt rushed, but we also never felt like we were wasting time. The pace was perfect.

Our guide was outstanding. He was very kind, patient, professional, and had a lot of knowledge about Chinese history and culture. he answered all our questions and made every visit more interesting.

16 days Southern Xinjiang Tour A week has almost passed since the end of our holiday in Southern Xinjiang, but the amazing scenery and wonderful experiences still feel fresh in our minds, and the delicious food is still lingering in our taste buds.

We would like to thank Sophia for helping us arrange the tour and gave us the best hotel with the best view. It was truly an unforgettable holiday. We also had an excellent tour guide, Kareem, who always ensured we could follow the itinerary smoothly, introduced us to delicious local food (especially the kebabs with fat of the sexy sheep), and shared insights into local life and culture. He also provided great recommendations throughout the trip making it a unique experience, such walking around the Karakule Lake, horse riding at Mustag Ata.

We were supported by two very experienced drivers, Mr. Zhang and Mr. Ma, who were very familiar with the terrain and ensured our journey was safe and comfortable.

Now we are already thinking about our next trip with your arrangement for the ninth time. This was truly a memorable experience.

China, what an experience! We had the best 2 weeks in China with the help of Grace from China Xian Tours. Our itinerary was organised for us once we let Grace know where we wanted to go & which cities & attractions we were interested in. We are a family of seven aged from 14 to 75.
Grace organised our hotels, trains, flights (within China), drivers & tour guides. Our tickets to attractions were all prepared too. When my daughters realised we would miss the Drone show in Chongqing, Grace was able to re-organise our hotels & itinerary so we would be there on the weekend.
When we arrived in Beijing, a driver met us at a pre arranged spot & took us to our hotel. The next day the driver & guide met us in the lobby to start our 2 days tour.
When it was time to move on to Xian, we were taken to the train station for the bullet train. 1168 klms in 4.5 hours, amazing. Again we were met by a driver & guide to start our time in Xian. From Xian to Zhangjiajie by plane, again driver & guide. Same in Chongqing & Shanghai. No hassles at all.
All hotels were great 3 star with breakfast. Beijing hotel was 4 star & breakfast had more variety. Overall we were very happy with our accommodation.
I can not speak highly enough of Grace's communication & skill in sorting everything for us.

Reliable Tour Operator We had booked the One Day Anxi Tea Garden & Hong’en Rock Tour from Xiamen, but the night before the trip, it turned out that the weather would be really bad. Tracy gave us the option to postpone the tour, change the destination or cancel. Unable to postpone, we looked at an alternate destination, but given a further deterioration, and weather warnings for the entire area, opted to cancel the activity. Tracy guided us patiently through the refund process and helped us to navigate through the AliPay app.

Communication, in English, via email and WhatsApp, was swift, polite and professional. All of our questions were answered amiably.
