Afternoon: At about 14:00, our local guide and driver will pick you up from your downtown hotel, and we will drive eastwards to visit Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Known as “the Eighth Wonder of the World” and one of the most significant archaeological discoveries in the 20th century, the museum shows a surprisingly high level in sculpture. The splendid battle formation will leave you an impressive memory.
Dinner: Have Chinese dinner nearby the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum.
Evening: Head to Huaqing Palace in Huaqing Hot Spring to appreciate the open-air stage performance Song of Everlasting Sorrow which tells the love story between Emperor Xuanzong and his concubine Lady Yang. It will bring you back to over 1000 years ago when it really happened at the foot of Lishan Mountain and experience the brilliant culture of the flourishing Tang Dynasty.
After the show, your guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel at about 22:00.
