My family and I had engaged the service of CXT – a reliable travel agency in China, for our customized private tours in both Xian and Beijing. It was inclusive of the airport transfers.
We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Lenna, our travel consultant, was very professional and she was very prompt in providing the assistance and support throughout our trip. There was a smooth coordination in terms of the logistics.
Her great service was clearly demonstrated when she responded promptly to help us when we encountered difficulties in securing the priority tickets to access the beast area and small train ride in Beijing Wildlife Park due to no local ID and mainland contact number available. Our tour guide, Kai who was appointed was also very professional and knowledgeable. He had made a difference in making our visit to Terracotta Army Museum a memorable and meaningful one. We were also pleased with the drivers’ service in engaging a safe ride during the airport transfer.
