In ancient time Tai Chi is a kind of Chinese Kongfu. Nowadays it is a popular physical exercise way in China. No matter which city you visit, as long you take a walk in some parks in the early morning, you will meet groups of people practicing Tai Chi. Tai Chi looks easy and relaxing but in fact it requires good coordination, great patience, and physical energy.
1. Get a glimpse of the basic content and spirit of Tai Chi and gain insight into its origins.
2. Take a fun Tai Chi class and learn from a professional teacher.
Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby at confirmed time. When you get to the site (usually it’s local part or Tai Chi school), you will be greeted by a Tai Chi teacher and introduced with the basic content and spirit of Tai Chi. Then you will watch the teacher practicing Tai Chi. After the show-how, you get to the most exciting moment– learning Tai Chi from the teacher. Please listen carefully to the teacher’s directions so as to better get the idea and better perform.
After the class, you will be escorted back to hotel or appointed place.
