Day-by-day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Beijing - Harbin Tour (No meal)

   Please make your own way from Beijing to Harbin. Taking flight which rides around 2 hours would be the most suggested way. If you are not in rush, high-speed train could be a choice but it rides over 8 hours, you are suggested to prepare some food on the way.

   When you arrive at Harbin airport / train station, the local driver will be waiting for you at the exit gate by holding a welcome board with your name and transfer to local hotel.

2. Day 2: Harbin Tour (Lunch)
   Northeast Tiger Park, Central Street,Saint Sophia Church, Sun Island Park

   Your exploration begins with the Northeast Tiger Park, which is a northeast tiger breeding and research center. 700+ Siberian tigers live there. And 100+ Siberian tigers, lions are open to public. You will see tigers in different life stage and learn about the current living situation of Siberian tigers in China.

   Later, continue your visit to the famous Central Street, which is a bustling pedestrian street nearby Sophia Church. In the street you will meet many old buildings built in various western styles built in early 1900s.

   

   Next, move on Saint Sophia Church. It is a typical Byzantine architecture style Orthodox Church built in 1907 by Russian. From the life of the church one will read history of Harbin and even northeast part of China. Also, you can enjoy some relaxing walking in the Saint Sophia Church square to see how local people live, chat and exercise there.

   Afterwards, come to Sun Island Park. As an island in the Songhua river of Harbin city, it is located between the new and old city of Harbin and is divided into eastern district, central district and western district. With the rapid development of tourism, it has become a multi-functional scenic area composed of ice and snow culture, folk culture and other natural resources, which is also a renowned summer resort and an ecological area along the Songhua river in China. In winter, you can enjoy the wonderful Sun Island Snow Sculpture there.

   Friendly Tip: People also can take cable car along the Songhua River to arrive at Sun Island Park. It is an optional choice to better enjoy the Songhua River view. If you would like to take it, just please pay in cash at the spot.

   Optional Night Activity: If you would like to visit the Ice and Snow World, please pay the entrance fee ( around CNY300-350 / pax ) on your own. Just let your guide knows in advance.

   Ice and Snow World: Relying on the advantages of Harbin’s ice and snow in winter, the large-scale ice and snow art boutique project was launched to show the ice and snow culture and charm of Harbin that is a renowned tourism city in northeast China. Nowadays, it is a must-visit place in Harbin in winter. There are various kinds of ice sculptures, exciting snow entertainment projects and interesting themed performances. You can stroll around to enjoy the world’s finest examples of ice art against the dazzling lights.

3. Day 3: Tour to Jihua Ski Resort (Lunch)
   Jihua Ski Resort

   After breakfast, drive around 1.5 hours to the Jihua Ski Resort to enjoy the exciting skiing.

   Jihua Ski Resort. The ski resort is 38km from Harbin city area. And it is one of the best ski resorts in China. The 15 different ski slopes will meet all skiers’ needs, no matter what your level is, beginner or master. Even if you don’t know how to ski at all, the coach will give you a one-to-one class upon your requirement.

   Friendly Tip: Only the main entrance tickets to Jihua Ski Resort was included in the tour package. You are supposed to pay all skiing fees on your own.

4. Day 4: Harbin Tour & Harbin Departure (Lunch)
   Winter Swimming Performance, Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, Hongbo Square

   Winter swimming is one of the most popular sports in Harbin. This morning, you will enjoy a nice winter swimming performance in Songhua River.

   The next site will be the highlight of today - Heilongjiang Provincial Museum.The museum’s main building of Baroque style was built based on a Russian shopping mall. It has become a first-class state-protected architecture and houses more than 627,982 pieces of collections including historical relics, artworks, and natural specimens. You will learn more about Heilongjiang after this visit.

   Last, come to Hongbo Square, a super large comprehensive underground commerce center combining trading, dining and entertainment. There is a landmark building at the center of the square, a glass house with stainless steel ball on its top. Many famous brands have stores on the square. You can get some nice things here if you like.

   After all these activities, you will be dropped off at Harbin airport / train station for departure.
