Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Changbaishan Arrival
Welcome to Changbaishan, the largest dormant volcano in China! When you arrive at Baishan Changbaishan Airport, a hotel shuttle bus will transfer you to the hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free for you to arrange. Go to a free hot spring to beat the fatigue or experience exciting skiing (included).

- Please pack a swimsuit yourself.
- Ski suits and ski goggles are not included in this tour package. You can prepare them in advance or rent them on site.
- Guests can take the free shuttle bus from the hotel to Changbaishan International Ski Resort.

Enjoy a free hot spring at Changbaishan International Resort - Day 2: Changbaishan West Slope Sightseeing Tour
In the morning, your guide will meet you at the hotel lobby. Start your Changbai Mountain tour with a short scenic drive to Changbai Mountain West Slope, where the original scenery of Changbai Mountain is completely preserved. You will meet fewer tourists on the western slope than on the north slope.
Changbai Mountain West Slope in Winter Hike up more than 1,400 steps to Heavenly Lake and enjoy spectacular views of broadleaf forest, coniferous forest, and undergrowth along the way. Upon arrival, you will get a panoramic view of the Heavenly Lake, with snow mountains reflected in the lake, which looks very beautiful.
Then follow the walkway to the Jinjiang Grand Canyon, which is a primeval forest landscape that turns into an ice fairyland in winter.
After all visits, drive back to the hotel, with the rest of the day free for you.

Heavenly Lake - Day 3: Demon World Scenic AreaEnjoy Rafting on the Hot Spring Water with the Rime Scenery
Get up early and drive to the Demon World Scenic Area for a glimpse of the unique winter primeval forest scenery of Changbai Mountain. The water system of this scenic spot is the warm spring flowing down Heavenly Lake, which never freezes. Every winter, when the temperature reaches minus 20 degrees Celsius, mist shrouds the river and beautiful rime hangs on the trees, creating an incredible wonderland.
You will enjoy rafting on the hot spring water while appreciating the spectacular rime scenery on both sides, which is quite a special experience in Changbai Mountain.
Note: Rime usually forms at a specific temperature. Please check with your travel consultant before booking this tour.
Enjoy rafting on the hot spring water After that, drive about 2 hours back to Changbaishan International Resort. Stay overnight there.

- Day 4: Changbaishan Ski TourGo Skiing Whether You Are Novice or Experienced
After breakfast, head to Wanda Changbai Mountain International Ski Resort, offering slopes suitable for skiers of all skill levels. The beginners can take a course to learn the basic knowledge of skiing from a private coach. You will practice on a gentle slope and get to experience the joy of skiing. If you are an experienced skier, challenge the expert route, and meanwhile, enjoy the snow-capped mountain scenery.
Wanda Changbai Mountain International Ski Resort In addition to skiing, you can also experience snowmobiles and other exciting activities (at your own expense).
Ski Resort for Kids In the afternoon, enjoy a soothing hot spring in the resort. Warm water rich in minerals will relax your muscles. After soaking in the hot spring, return to the hotel to enjoy a delicious dinner.

- Changbai Mountain International Ski Resort provides basic skiing equipment for tourists, including a ski board, a pair of ski poles, and a helmet.
- You need to bring or rent a ski suit, gloves, ski goggles, knee pads, and other equipment.
