After hiking through Great Arch of Getu, you will ride a sightseeing boat to admire the karst landscape at leisure and witness the mysterious hanging coffins in the caves (a kind of local ancient burial culture).
After breakfast, head to Zhongdong Miao Village which is entitled as “China’s last cave village”. All the dwellings here are built in the karst cave with no roof, being warm in winter and cool in summer. So the 18 Miao families still insist to live in the cave, though local government has established the new village for them. In the afternoon, drive to Xingyi.
Start today with a visit to Malinghe Canyon which is praised as “the most beautiful scar on earth”. During the 2.5 hours hiking, you will absorb into the alluring views with lush, subtropical plants, winding river and a lot of cascades.
Enjoy your afternoon at Wanfenglin (Forest of Ten Thousand Peaks) - a famous karst geopark composed of numerous karst peaks of various shapes: array, sword, dragon, arhat, and piled up hats. It was listed as one of the six most beautiful peak forests in China by the China Geography Magazine. West Peak Forest is its main visiting area where towering peaks are surrounded by green fields, winding rivers, verdant forests and quaint villages.

In the afternoon, head to the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, about 7 km away from the downstream of Huangguoshu Waterfall. In contrast to the grand and magnificent Huangguoshu Waterfall, Tianxingqiao is mysterious and exquisite, scattered with weird limestone formations, caves, waterfalls, lakes, lush trees, etc.
Then head to Huangguoshu Waterfall to marvel at the largest waterfall in Asia at 81 meters high, 101 meters wide. Besides the numerous odd-shaped stalactites, the Water Curtain Cave also enables you to appreciate the grand waterfall from backside, and even touch the cascading waterfall.
Before driving back to Guiyang, your guide will escort you to visit Tianlong Tunpu, an ancient village of old Han Chinese Tribe who are the descendants of the imperial Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) garrison troops. After over 600 years has passed, the old Han people still live in the fortress-like stone houses and maintain their customs and way of life from Ming Dynasty.
