- Day 1: Beihai ArrivalStroll on the beautiful beach and through the old town buildings
It is recommended that youĀ arrive in Beihai before noon. Your private English-speaking guide and driver will be waiting for you at the airport or the train station exit.
First, head to Beihai Silver Beach, ranked among China's top three most beautiful beaches. Stroll along Silver Beach, a 24-kilometer stretch of fine quartz sand (over 98% silica) that shimmers silver under sunlight. Soak up the sun, swim in the gentle waves, and enjoy the charming blue scenery of the sea.

Founded in the second half of the 19th century, it is the perfect place to explore relics of Western colonial consulates, hospitals, churches, and schools. Along the street, you can find lifelike, life-sized bronze sculptures that vividly recreate the daily life of bygone merchants and fishermen.
Beihai Old Quarter, a historical commercial street built in 1821 The area is also home to food vendors, souvenir shops, fine cafes, excellent restaurants, and bars, showcasing the relaxing atmosphere and character of Beihai.
At the end of the day, your guide and driver will then escort you to your hotel for check-in.
- Day 2: Beihai - Weizhou IslandTake a ferry to the volcanic island and enjoy the unique sea erosion or lava landscapes
After breakfast, head to the Beihai Pier to board a high-speed ferry for the 70-minute ride to Weizhou Island, one of China's largest and youngest volcanic islands.
Get up close to the sea-eroded landforms along the boardwalk The South Bay Crocodile Mountain Scenic Area on the island features typical Chinese volcanic geological formations and unique coastal erosion micro-landforms. Walking down the wooden boardwalk, take a look at the Miocene volcanic crater that erupted 7000 years ago, which is the heart of the youngest volcanic island.
Near the natural stone arch bridge carved by the waves for thousands of years is a crescent shaped bay, which is the most prominent filming location on the island.
Then, enjoy a leisurely walk around the historical Weizhou Catholic Church. Built from coral and volcanic rocks from the seabed, the church is a classic example of French Gothic style, with its towering spire, arched doors and windows, and beautiful stained glass.
Besides, Weizhou offers some of the best beaches in the country. You could have fun on the wide, beautiful beaches, enjoying the sea breeze, diving, snorkeling, or fishing.
Finally, move to the center of the island ā South Bay. There's a bustling seafood market here. You can see all sorts of fresh seafood, from lobsters and groupers to various shellfish and crabs, all vibrant and colorful.
South Bay Seafood Market Optional Activity:Ā You can pick your favorite seafood at your own expense and take it to a nearby restaurant to have it cooked (processing fee applies) and enjoy an incredibly fresh seafood feast on the spot. There are also fruit stands and drink shops around for a leisurely stroll and to help with digestion.
- Day 3: Weizhou Island - Beihai DepartureEnjoy the beautiful sunrise over the sea on the beach
Today, it's highly recommended that you get up early and move to the beach near the hotel to admire the magnificent sunrise over the sea. As the sun rises above the horizon, it colors the clouds and the sea a golden red, creating a stunning contrast with the black volcanic rocks.
Enjoy the magnificent sunrise on Weizhou Island For the rest of the morning, you can explore Weizhou Island at your own expense by taking a local electric scooter or renting a bicycle. Popular stops include Dishui Danping (Drip Water Screen) and other coastal attractions.
In the afternoon, board the ferry to Beihai. Then the guide and driver will transfer you to Beihai Airport for departure.
