- Day 4: Harbin Highlights TourExperience Harbin's unique winter ice and snow culture
Start your guided Harbin tour from Sun Island, a well-known riverside scenic spot in Harbin famous for its natural scenery in all four seasons, as well as its ice and snow culture.
In winter, itĀ transforms intoĀ a venue for large-scale snow sculpture events, showcasing masterpieces crafted by international artists. TheyĀ shape the works from tightly packed snow blocks. Left outdoors in Harbin's freezing temperatures, the sculptures gradually develop a thin layer of ice on the surface, giving them a clear, crystal-like appearance.
Our visitors took photos at Sun Island in Harbin. Next, head to the Siberian Tiger Park on the north bank of the Songhua River. Home to several hundred Amur tigers, the park provides you with a specially designed sightseeing vehicle to observe these magnificent animals up close in a free-roaming environment. (Note: Certain interactive activities like feeding the tigers may require an additional fee.)
