Best Harbin Day Tour: Tiger Park, Ice & Snow World…

 

Your private guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby at 09:00 am. You will be escorted to visit your planned sites one by one. The service time will end by 17:30. So you could choose 3-5 places to visit according to your interest and visiting pace. The recommended sites are the following:

Northeast Tiger Park: a northeast tiger breeding and research center. 700+ Siberian tigers live there. And 100+ Siberian tigers and lions are open to the public. You will see tigers in different life stages and learn about the current living situation of Siberian tigers in China.

Sun Island Park: used to be a famous summer resort among local people. Tourists can enjoy a large number of realistic and stunning snow sculptures in different attention areas. In addition, you could experience entertainment activities such as slides and snow off-road vehicles (at an additional cost).

Ice and Snow World: widely recognized as the world’s largest ice themed park, open from Christmas to early March every year. See various shapes of large ice sculptures, and also experience the fun of ice and snow entertainment projects, such as ice slides, ice bikes, and Ferris wheels.

Sophia Church: a typical Byzantine architecture style Orthodox Church built in 1907 by Russia. From the life of the church, one will read the history of Harbin and even the northeast part of China.

Central Street: a bustling pedestrian street near Sophia Church. In the street, you will meet many old buildings built in various Western styles built in the early 1900s.

Heilongjiang Provincial Museum: The museum keeps the best cultural and historical relics, folk artworks, animal specimens & herbarium in Heilongjiang Province. It is also a great place to learn about the history of Harbin and Heilongjiang.

If you are lucky, you could also see winter swimming in the Songhua River. When your visit ends, you will be escorted back to the hotel. This is the end of your one-day Harbin tour.
