PM: At 13:00 our guide will meet you at your hotel lobby in the Shanghai city area and then start with Yuyuan Garden which was finished in 1577 by a government officer of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) named Pan Yunduan. The garden was specially built for Pan’s parents as a place for them to enjoy a tranquil and happy time in their old age.

Afterwards, we move to visit the famous Nanjing Road to get an idea of the prosperity of this metropolis. Then take a walk in The Bund, one of the most famous landmarks in Shanghai. In the evening when you cruise along the Huangpu River, you will pass by the 26 various buildings of different architectural styles including Gothic, Baroque, Romanesque, Classicism, and Renaissance. They are symbols of Shanghai’s past. After the tour, you will be escorted back to the hotel at around 20:00.
