This 3-day Muslim tour pacakge is a quick way for Muslim people to capture the essence of this ancient city.

  1. Upon your arrival in Xian, the local driver will wait for you at arrival hall by holding a board with your name. The pick up location can also be the Xian Airport or Xian Railway Station. After getting on the private and comfortable car, you will be transferred to your Xian downtown hotel, where you can take a rest for the next day tour.

  2. AM: After hotel breakfast, please meet your guide at 10:00 at your hotel lobby. Your exploration today starts from Terracotta Warriors. Famed as the eighth miracle of the world, the marvelous excavations in 3 different underground vaults show a surprisingly high-level craftsmanship about 2000 years ago. More than 6,600 warriors with different expressions from each other testified the greatest intelligence of the first emperor Qin and his people. Nowadays, the opened 3-D circular-screen movie let you deeply know the historical background of Qin Dynasty while learning the mysterious and splendid culture.

    Noon: Lunch in a local restaurant.

    PM: After lunch, you will pay a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists. It was built to hold sutras and figurines of the Buddha that were brought to China from India by the Buddhist translator and traveler Xuanzang. Also, you can wander around the North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda and enjoy the daily life of local people.

    Evening: In the evening, you will enjoy a Chinese Dumpling Banquet, which serves with nearly 20 varieties of dumplings which stuffed with delicious vegetables, meats, and seafood. Please leave a note to request if you are a vegetarian while booking. Next, you will experience the local colorful and splendid Tang Dynasty Dance Show, a performance of music and dance that imitate the Tang Dynasty over one thousand years ago.

    After the show, the driver and tour guide will transfer you back to your Xian hotel.

  3. AM: At 9:00 am, the guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby and lead you to start today’s tour. The first attraction will be Small Wild Goose Pagoda. It is also a landmark of Xian, built in Tang Dynasty to store Buddhist sculptures brought by Xuanzang, together with Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Then, you will continue to explore the graceful Bell and Drum Tower Square which locates in the very center of the city and is considered as the symbol of this old capital. Next, walk to Muslim Quarter where you will find many special local products and authentic local snacks. You can enjoy preserved meat, casserole, various noodles, and purcahse some Terracotta Warriors imitation as souvenirs.

    Noon: Lunch in a local restaurant.

    PM: In the hidden lane of Muslim Quarter, you will visit the Great Mosque, a major spot for religious activities among the Muslims in Xi’an. It possesses much traditional Chinese architectural elements in its design. For example, you will see Chinese pavilions with painted beams and engraved ridgepoles. After that, you will come to ancient City Wall which is the most completely preserved and the largest city wall in China. It was built for the military defense in the Ming Dynasty, 1370 A.D. Visitors can optionally ride a bike on the wall (cost on your own, CNY45p.p).

    After dinner, you will be dropped off at airport or train station for your departure.
