Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Terracotta Warriors and Hot Spring Spa
In the morning, your private tour guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby as agreed the day before. Drive 1 hour to today's first stop - the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. If you want to learn about the glorious ancient Chinese civilization, this is a must see attraction. The Terra Cotta Warriors reflect the military scene of Qin Shihuang's conquest of six countries and the unification of China.
Walking into the museum, see lifelike terracotta figurines (with an average height of 1.8 meters) and a majestic military formation including warhorses and chariots. Today's visit includes three pits, with Pit 1 being the largest and earliest excavated. Each warrior here has different facial features and is intricately carved.
Pit 2 mainly displays the complete combat army while Pit 3 is the command center. You will visit for 2.5-3 hours, during which the guide tells you more about the construction history of the warriors.
Your lunch will be enjoyed at a specialty restaurant near the scenic area.
Tip: If your itinerary starts in the afternoon, you will have dinner at the restaurant.
Terracotta Army In the afternoon, it takes about 20 minutes to reach Aegean Sea International Hot Spring Resort, located at the foot of Mount Lishan. This is a five-star garden style hot spring resort that combines Mediterranean style with Tang Dynasty imperial soup culture. The sound of flowing water, the fragrant aroma of blooming flowers and the enthusiastic staff... all these create a relaxing environment for you.
Here, you can enjoy a 2-hour relaxing in the royal source hot spring water. The hot springs here have direct underground access to the Huaqing Palace, with a constant temperature of 43 ā throughout the year and rich in minerals.
There are outdoor bathing pool with different styles, such as imitation Tang style imperial concubine bathing pools, mugwort herb pools and fish therapy pools. The pressure of daily life will gradually dissipate when you are enveloped in warm water.
After the hot spring treatment, you will feel energetic and calm. The guide and driver then escort you back to the hotel in the city center.
