Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Guilin Arrival
Hello. Welcome to our 4-day Guilin and Yangshuo tour! When you get to Guilin airport or train station, a local private driver will pick you up from the exit gate and escort you to the downtown hotel (booked on your hotel). The rest of the day is free and easy on your arrangement.

- Day 2: Guilin to YangshuoSail through 20-Yuan Vistas, Explore 1,400-Year-Old Cultural Crossroads
In the morning, meet your guide and then you will embark on a relaxing cruise on the Li River. Stretching 83-kilometer long from Guilin to Yangshuo, the river provides you with unparalleled beauty of karst peaks and lush landscape. Highlights include the Nine Horses Fresco Hill (natural rock formations resemble galloping horses) and the picturesque Yellow Cloth Shoal (scenery on China's 20 Yuan banknote). You may also witness water buffalo and fishermen catching fishes.
Li River Cruise Notes: Lunch will be served on the ship. The itinerary include 3-star cruise ship. If you would like to update 4/5-star one, inform your travel consultant in advance.
After 4 hours, we will reach the dock in Yangshuo Town. The driver transfers us to West Street for a sightseeing. Boasting over 1,400 years of history, its Ming and Qing-era buildings harmoniously blends with Western influences. So it is also called "Foreigner's Street." Strolling along the street and explore traditional crafts, sample local and international cuisines, and experience a vibrant mix of cultures.
After the visit, drive you to the local hotel for check-in.
Optional evening activity: The wonderful Impression Show of Liu Sanjie will be a great choice at night! There are over 600 fishermen from nearby villages performing on the Li River stage. You will glimpse the story of Sanjie Liu and Zhuang people's culture.

- Day 3: Yangshuo CyclingCycle Past Moon Hills and Banyan Trees on Scenic Routes
Yangshuo is a dream place for backpackers. The scenery here is just out of the world! Today, youāll hop on a bike and enjoy a relaxing ride through countryside in the fresh air. Pass limestone hills and take pictures of the beautiful landscapes around you. Youāll get a chance to get very close contact with nature.
Route A: Ride from Yangshuo - Gongnong Bridge - Big Banyan Tree - Moon Hill - Yueliang Village ā Jianshan Temple - Yan Village ā Tianjia River - Aishan Village and then ride back to Yangshuo.
Route B: Ride from Yangshuo - Baisha Town Crossroad - Jiuxian Village ā Xiangui Bridge - Yulong River - Gonglong Bridge - Big Banyan Tree - Ten Mile Gallery and then back to Yangshuo.
Helpful Tips:
- Both Route A and Route B take about 4 to 5 hours to complete. Route A is easier and good for most people, while Route B is better for those who enjoy biking more and have some experience. Route B goes through old villages, rice paddies, and ancient bridges, so itās a bit more challenging.
- You can choose either Route A or Route B depending on what you like. If you want a special biking route just for you, feel free to ask your travel consultant.
- Besides cycling, you can also visit the Big Banyan Tree and Moon Hill. The Banyan Tree is known as the place where a famous Zhuang singer once sang. Moon Hill has a hole shaped like a moon, and you can hike to the top for a great view of the countryside.
- If youāre interested, you can also try bamboo rafting on the Yulong River during the trip (this is optional, at your own expense).
After this fun day, youāll be taken back to your hotel in a private car.

Enjoy your free morning time in idyllic Yangshuo.
At the confirmed time, our driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby and transfer you to the Guilin airport/train station for your departure. This is the end of your 4-day Guilin and Yangshuo Cycling tour.
