Suzhou and Hangzhou are the two well known tourist cities nearby Shanghai. This 10 hours Hangzhou tour from Shanghai will lead you to visit the best known site in Hanghzou ā West Lake, and the Qinghefang Old Style Street. It would be a tour about sightseeing and food culture.
AM:At 08:30 our guide and driver will wait you in your hotel lobby. Then board the car and after an 2 hours driving we will get to Hangzhou. Hangzhou city has a history of 2200 years and used to be the capital Wuyue Kingdom and the South Song Dynasty. After arrival we will pay a visit to the West Lake which is ringed by hills on three sides. On the boat you will pass by some of the highlight sites of the lake: the historic pagodas, the traditional Chinese style arched bridges, tree-lined walkways, green islands and gardens, etc. The boat riding will end at Flower Harbor Park Wharf. You may meet many kinds of flowers. And you will make a stop at the Red Carp Pond for fish watching.
Noon: Lunch at local restaurant.
PM: Afterward pay a visit to the Qinghefang Old Street to explore the well preserved ancient Chinese style buildings and view the old appearance of Hangzhou City. The street is also a welcomed place for shopping, eating, and leisure among local people. After the tour drive back to your hotel in Shanghai at around 19:00.
