Mt. Huangshan Day Tour With Round Way Cable Car

At about 8:00 in the morning, your Huangshan tour guide and driver will pick you up at the downtown hotel, and then drive about an hour and a half to Mount Huangshan Scenic Area. Known as “the most wonderful mountain in the world”, Mount Huangshan contains six scenic spots. Today we will mainly visit Beihai Scenic Spot, located in the middle of Yellow Mountain.

After arrival, you will take the shuttle bus to Yungu Cable Car Station and take the cable car up the mountain. After getting off the cable car,  start your Mount Huangshan hiking trip to the Beginning to Believe Peak, which is 1668 meters above sea level. It is famous for its strange stones and strange pines.

Then visit Black Tiger Pine, one of the top ten famous pines in Huangshan Mountain, which is listed in the World Heritage List. The tree is 15 meters tall and has a breast height diameter of 65 centimeters. It is estimated that it has been growing for over 700 years.

Next is lunchtime. There are many hotels and restaurants in Mount Huangshan. You can taste some of Huangshan specialties (the meal fee is paid by yourself). After lunch, a trip to Mount Huangshan will take you to Dawn Pavilion. This pavilion is built with cement and stone materials, covering an area of about 10 square meters. It has a beautiful shape and is small and exquisite. This is a great place to watch the sunrise and the dawn.

Continue your hike to Lion Peak, passing through Refreshing Terrace and the famous Stone Monkey Watching the Sea. This stone statue depicts a monkey gazing into the magnificent sea of clouds, hence its name. Your visit is about to end. Return to the cable car station and take the cable car down the mountain. Then you will be escorted back to the hotel in Mount Huangshan City.
