1. Day 1: Arrival in Haikou

   Welcome to Haikou, Hainan. After arriving at the airport, your driver will take you to a comfortable hotel in the center of Haikou city. After checking in, you can leisurely stroll on the street for the rest of the time.

2. Day 2: Haikou City Tour
   Explore the Natural Sites of Volcano and Beach

   After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, your trip to Haikou will take you to Volcanic Cluster Global Geopark. Fengling Volcanic Crater is the highest point in the entire city of Haikou, with an elevation of 222.8 meters. The tour guide will take you to the top where you can enjoy the panoramic view of Haikou city. Strolling along the edge of the volcano, explore its shape up close and learning its story.

   

   In the afternoon, head to 6-kilometer-long Holiday Beach. Sunshine, sea water, beaches, coconut groves... You can take a walk on the beach, enjoy delicious barbecue meals, or relax in the hot springs.

   

   Later in the day, go to explore Qilou Old Street. It is the first A-level scenic spot in Hainan with a theme of specialty catering, featuring over 2,000 types of specialty snacks. Since its opening in 2010, Qilou Snack Street has become a great place for local citizens and tourists from all over to learn about Hainan's food culture and taste Hainan cuisine.

3. Day 3: Haikou Departure
   Enjoy a Cultural Exploration of Temple and Museum

   After breakfast, head to a famous cultural attraction in Haikou City, Wugong Temple. It is the oldest, largest, and most culturally rich garden-style temple garden in Hainan. This temple enshrines 5 officials from the Tang and Song dynasties, all of whom were respected for their outstanding contributions to the development of Hainan. Your well-informed guide will take you to learn about the history and legends related to this temple.

   

   Next, pay a visit to the Hainan Museum, a modern comprehensive museum with 9 permanent exhibitions. Through the rich collection of cultural relics including pottery, stone tools, and metal objects, you will understand rich cultural heritage and indigenous traditions.

   

   After the 3 days Hainan tour in Haikou, you will be transferred to take a flight to your next destination or home. If you want to extend your Haikou tour to Sanya, we will be happy to arrange it for you.
