Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Sanya Arrival
Upon your arrival at Sanya airport, our driver will greet you at the exit of arrival hall by holding a name sign and transfer you to your hotel in Sanya downtown or Yalong Bay (no guide service). The rest of the day is free at your disposal. You can have a good rest at your hotel or go to a nice beach. If you need any suggestions on your free time, we will be very happy to help you.
- Day 2: Sanya HighlightsNanshan Temple, Luhuitou Park
In the morning at 08:30 am, our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby and head for Nanshan Culture Tourism Zone, 40 kilometers away from the downtown. The zone is composed of Buddhism Culture Park, Blessing and Longevity Park and Nanhai Cultural Customs Park. You not only can enjoy the natural beauty of tropical beach but also absorb in the profound Buddhism culture.
Hainan Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone Next you will visit Luhuitou Park, a perfect place to have a bird-view of the city. Luhuitou means a deer turning its head. The park got its name from a romantic story. Once upon a time, there was a brutal tribal leader who wanted a pair of precious pilose antlers and forced a young man Ahei to hunt deer on mountains.
Stunning view from Sanya Luohuitou Park Ahei saw a deer being chased by a leopard, and he shot the leopard and chased the deer across 99 mountains for 9 days and 9 nights. The deer was cornered to a coral cliff and there was no way out. Ahei was about to shoot the deer while the deer suddenly looked around and turned into a beautiful girl walking towards him. They finally got married. The girl asked her brothers to defeat the tribal leader. They settled on the cliff and built it into a beautiful manor. Many couples come here to pray for eternal love. At the end of the tour, you will go back to your hotel.
- Day 3: Sanya Departure
You will say farewell to Sanya today. Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport (no guide service. Usually 4 hours in advance for international flight and 3 hours for domestic flight).
