3 Days Shanghai Weekend Tour from Beijing

Day-by-day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Beijing to Shanghai Tour by High-speed Train
   Experience the Ancient Charm of the Metropolitan Shanghai

   Take the morning high-speed train G1/07:00-11:29 from Beijing South to Shanghai. Upon arrival, your local tour guide and the driver will pick you up on time by holding a board with your name on it.

   Then you will be escorted to Yuyuan Garden to start your Shanghai tour. It is a representative of classical Chinese gardens with elegant pavilions, old bridges, artistic rockeries, small ponds, etc.

   

   It was originally built by Pan Yunduan in 1559 during the Ming Dynasty for his parents to enjoy their old age in peace. The garden has gone through a lot in the over 400 years of its history. Enjoy the beauty of nature walking in the narrow alleyways of the garden, amaze yourself at China’s classic gardening art, and see the ancient side of metropolitan Shanghai.

   Afterward, step out of the garden and wander around the lively Yuyuan Market nearby.

   After the tour, you will be escorted to hotel and check in.

2. Day 2: Shanghai Disneyland Tour
   Enjoy a Full Day Fun in Disney Land Park

   Your private driver will pick you up from your hotel in Shanghai city center area. Drive for about 1 hour to Disneyland Park.

   Today your dream of fairy tales will come true at Shanghai Disneyland Park, the happiest place in the world. Open in 2016, it is the first Disneyland theme park in mainland China. Numerous adults and children come here to pursue their beautiful dreams.

   You can take photos with classic Disney characters, feast on fantastic food, and shop around for nice gifts. There are so many interesting experiences waiting for you, such as a warm welcome on Mickey Avenue, soaring over the horizon, and roaring rapids. Prepare for a wild time!

   The driver will be waiting for you in the parking lot where he will drop you off and then transfer your family back to your hotel in Shanghai.

   

3. Day 3: Shanghai to Beijing by Bullet Train
   Take a Stroll around the Venice of the East with Optional Boat Ride

   After breakfast, meet your guide and then drive for about 1 hour to Zhujiajiao Water Town, dubbed "the Venice of Shanghai", which has a history of more than 1,700 years.

   Walking around the ancient water town, you will feel like traveling back to the Ming and Qing dynasties with elegant stone bridges across the rivers and plenty of old buildings around you. Stroll around the streets to see as many things as possible, and you can optionally have a relaxing gondola ride (at your own expense) to truly experience the charm of Water Town.

   After the Shanghai water town tour, you will be escorted to Shanghai Hongqiao Train Station and take the train G20/15:00-19:36 back to Beijing South Train Station. Service end.
