According to the record, the water town’s history can date back to 1700 years ago during the Three Kingdoms Period. And in the beginning, it was Zhujiajiao Village. Nowadays the ancient town is known for its bridges, old streets, and gardens built during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The highlight things to see in the ancient town are Fangsheng Bridge, Baoguo Temple, Town God’s Temple, and Zhuxi Garden.
