In recent years, more than 200 foreign heads of state and government have visited the Terracotta Warriors. Undoubtedly, it has already become a card of China’s ancient glorious civilization.

The tour guide will take you to visit three main pits. The No.1 PitĀ is the largest of the three pits. In addition to more than 6,000 life size Terra Cotta Warriors, there are also chariots, horses, bronze swords, halberds and other artifacts unearthed here. Surprisingly, all warriors have unique facial expressions. The Terracotta Warriors in this pit are fully equipped, vividly representing the mighty army of Qin ShiĀ Huang.
The No.2 PitĀ has more types of figurines. More than 1300 Terracotta Warriors, overĀ 80 chariots and tens of thousands of bronze weapons were unearthed here. You can see standing archers, kneeling crossbowmen, infantry, and cavalry.
The No.3 Pit,Ā located on the north side of the western end of the No.1Ā Pit, opposite to the No.2 Pit, is the smallest one. According to archaeological discoveries, it is actually the command centerĀ of Pit 1 and Pit 2, and the only one that has not been burned down by a large fire. Therefore, when unearthed, there were still many colorful paintings on the terracotta figurines. Do you know how high these warriorsĀ are?
