Around 7:00-8:00 am, the tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby (if your hotel is beyond the 3rd ring road of Beijing City, please come to the appointed downtown place to meet the group).
The first stop on today’s Beijing group tour is Tian’anmen Square, which is the heart and symbol of Beijing and is the largest of its kind in the world. The spacious square has been used for many public celebrations, ceremonies, and demonstrations for over a hundred years. Next, walk to the Forbidden City, also known as the Palace Museum or Imperial Palace, which was the largest and best-preserved ancient palaces of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
The lunch will be included. In the afternoon, we will go to admire the magnificent Temple of Heaven. Located in the southern part of Beijing, this royal structure served as a complex of sacrificial buildings where emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties prayed for peace and harvest. The Temple of Heaven was recognized as a World Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO in 1998. After the sightseeing, you can taste traditional Chinese tea.
After the day tour in Beijing, you will be escorted back to your hotel.
