Welcome to this 4-day classic Zhangjiajie tour! When you arrive at Zhangjiajie Airport, your local driver will greet you at the exit of the arrival hall by holding a name sign and transfer you to the hotel.
The rest of the day is for your own arrangement. You can freely explore the city by yourself.
Recommended activities in the evening: Xibu StreetĀ is the most famous commercial pedestrian street in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. Here, you can find shopping street, bar street, snack street, inn street and so on. The stilted building complexes here are built by the river. You can feel the strong Tujia flavor as well as enjoy the night view.

After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby and directly head to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. It is a landform museum of Zhangjiajie, integrating mountains, rivers, and caves. In the valley, you can see monkeys jumping and birds singing, and the reflection of green and steep mountains in the clear water.
Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, a highlight of the Canyon, is the longest and highest glass bridge in the world with a length of 430 meters. You can have a panoramic view of flying waterfalls, lush forests, running streams when walking on the transparent glass floor.
After that, you will be transferred for a 1 hour and 20 minutes' ride to the famous Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Here you can enjoy a 2-hour hike along the Ā Golden Whip Stream. It is one of the most beautiful sites in Zhangjiajie. Just listen to the murmurs of the stream, stroll along the valley and stop to watch the fish swimming in the crystal-clear water. After the whole day tour, board the private car back to the hotel.

Please meet your guide at the hotel lobby after breakfast. Today's Zhangjiajie private tour continues in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, starting at Tianzi Mountains. Take a sightseeing bus to the mountain top. You will witness rugged rocks and a forest of stone peaks. One of the spectacular sights is the sea of clouds after rain if you are lucky. After the visit, take a cable car down the mountain.
Next, go to explore Yuanjiajie, the inspiration for Hallelujah Mountain in the super famous movie Avatar. You can experience the Bailong Elevator, the highest and heaviest outdoor elevator in the world. When you step out of the elevator, a magical landscape painting will unfold in front of you. The massive quartz-sandstone pillars are just towering over you or next to you.
After that, you will be transferred to Baofeng Lake, the only water-themed scenic spot in Zhangjiajie. You can have a pleasant cruise watching the peaks being reflected on the lake and enjoying the folk songs from local Tujia minority girls in traditional costumes.

Today is all about Tianmen Mountain, famous for Tianmen Cave (which means a gate to heaven in Chinese). You will take the 7,455-meter-long cable car up to the top of Tianmen Mountain for 28 minutes, appreciating the amazing scenery and taking photos of the coiling road of 99 turns on the way.
Then, you will explore the mountain, walk on the thrilling Glass Skywalk & Ghost Valley Plank Road hanging on the cliff, and visit Tianmen Mountain Temple. The temple was built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907) and became the center of Buddhism activities in western Hunan.
Next, get to Tianmen Cave, a natural water-eroded cave with the highest elevation in the world. You can conquer the 999 steps to Tianmen Cave and enjoy the wonderful scenery from above.
