  1. At 08:30 am, your tour guide and driver will fetch you from your downtown hotel. Our initial destination for the day is the Cave Houses, a reflection of traditional dwellings in the northwest region of China. Until the 1970s, these cave houses were the prevalent residences for the locals. Crafting a dwelling by excavating a cave into a hillside, followed by reinforcement and embellishment, resulted in a cozy home that maintains coolness in summer and warmth in winter.

Next, we will head to the famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses, a testament to ancient craftsmanship and imperial grandeur. These life-sized clay soldiers, meticulously crafted over two millennia ago, stand guard in the subterranean vaults. Commissioned by Emperor Qin Shi Huang to accompany him into the afterlife, each warrior boasts unique features, showcasing the remarkable diversity of ancient Chinese artistry. You will unearth the secrets of this archaeological treasure trove, where a silent army tells tales of a bygone era, preserving the legacy of an emperor's vision and the skill of artisans lost to the ages.
