Canāt Miss: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
One of top things to do in Lijiang is to embrace the stunning scenery of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is the southernmost snow capped mountain in the northern hemisphere, located in the north of Lijiang, Yunnan. It consists of thirteen continuous peaks. The main peak ShanzidouĀ (ęåé”) has anĀ altitude of 5,596 meters, whichĀ is shrouded in clouds and mist all year roundĀ and is an unconquered virgin peakĀ yet. Jade DragonĀ Snow Mountain, also known as the sacred mountain of the Naxi people, is said to be the embodiment of the Naxi protection god āSan Duoā.

First Bend of the Yangtze River
