Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Beijing Arrival
Upon your arrival at Beijing airport / train station, our driver will pick you up from the exit gate by holding a welcome board with your name. Drive around 1 hour to Beijing downtown hotel for your check in. Free and easy on your own arrangement for rest of the day.

- Day 2: BeijingTiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Hutong (Breakfast, Lunch)
AM: Our guide and driver will pick you up from hotel after breakfast. Then you will visit the famous Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. After a short sightseeing at Tiananmen Square, you will walk across the Golden Water Bridge and come to the splendid Forbidden City built 600 years ago, where you will be impressed by thegorgeous imperial palaces and vast storage of historical relics.
Noon: Lunch in local restaurant.
PM: After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven where Emperors of the Ming and the Qing Dynasties prayed for agriculture harvest from Heaven yearly. Next we will take a rickshaw to explore Hutong here you will get a look of the other side of Beijing people’s daily life. Afterwards escort back to your hotel.

Hutong - Day 3: BeijingBadaling Great Wall, Summer Palace, Bird’s Nest and Water Cube (Breakfast, Lunch)
AM: Today please wear the comfortable shoes since we will do more walking. After hotel pickup we will pay a visit to Badaling Great Wall. It is the most famous and the best-preserved section of the Chinese Ming Dynasty Great Wall. The mountain slope is very steep and the roads are tortuous, which makes it an important military stronghold in ancient time. The wall is like a strong dragon winding its way along the mountain ranges. The hiking time on the Great Wall is about 2 hours. If hiking is too much for you, cable car is available and optional (cost on your own). And our guide will help you buy the ticket.
Noon: Lunch in local restaurant.
Badaling Great Wall PM: In the afternoon on the way back to city area we will stop over to pay an outer visit to Bird’s Nest and Water Cube and take some picture here. Then continue driving to Summer palace. It is located at the west skirt of Beijing and covers an area of 290 hectares. During the Qianlong Era of the Qing Dynasty, the Summer Palace was built by imitating the layout of the West Lake in Hangzhou. Now it is the largest and most completely preserved imperial garden in China.
Finally, finish today’s trip with hotel drop-off.

Summer Palace - Day 4: Beijing DepartureYonghe Palace, Jingshan Park (Breakfast)
AM: After breakfast, meet your guide and driver in hotel. The first stop of today is Yonghe Palace where two emperors of the Qing Dynasty bore. Yonghe Palace is also called The Lama Temple because it was translated into the largest Buddhist temple in Beijing in Mid and Late Qing Dynasty. Then you will take a walk in Jinshan Park, opposite a street from the Forbidden City. In ancient time, Jingshan Park and its ancillary buildings not only served as a royal garden for visitors, but also had multiple functions such as learning shooting, offering sacrifices to ancestors, official learning, opera and regional activities, etc.
Noon: Lunch in local restaurant.
PM: After lunch, board the car to Beijing airport/train station for your next destination.
