Should I travel to Guilin during the low water season?

December to February is the low water season in Guilin, especially in January and February, when some sections of the Lijiang River may dry up and expose beaches, so the water activities experience will be greatly influenced. For example, bamboo rafts may be suspended. And Longji Rice Terrace are bare in winter. But there are some alternative scenic spots, such as Elephant Trunk Hill, Sliver Cave, and Lijiang Eternal Love performance.
