8. Tibetan New Year
Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) starts from January 28th, 2017, while Tibetan New Year starts from February 27th, 2017. However, the time of Spring Festival and Tibetan New Year is the same in some places like Shigatse.

In Tibet, snow usually lasts until April or May of the coming year, so it is necessary to drive carefully because of the complicate road conditions.
10. Tents in Mount Everest removed
Tents in Mount Everest have already removed. Everest Base Camp tour is still loved by tourists, but living in Rongbuk Monastery is not a good choice because of the low temperature at night. Maybe it is feasible to arrive in the County of Dingri and then leave for Shigatse after visiting Mount Everest.
