Chinese Hamburger with Meat (Rougamo)
RoujiamoĀ (Shaanxi Sandwich) is a famous Xian food/snack, originating inĀ the Warring States period and known as the āChinese Hamburgerā. In 2016, it was included in the fifth batch of intangible cultural heritage list ofĀ Shaanxi Province.
