Get to Terracotta Warriors from Xiāan Xianyang International Airport
Xiāan transportationĀ system offers several options to get to Terracotta Warriors from the airport.
By Airport Shuttle Bus
The Airport Shuttle Bus Lintong Line can transport you to the Terracotta Warriors directly. The bus departs at the long-distance bus passenger station in the building opposite to T3 terminal exit 314. You can also buy the ticket at the bus station directly. This journey takes about 1.5 hours and costs CNY 45 per person. The bus operates from 09:30 – 21:00 with an interval of 45 minutes – 1.5 hours.
By Subway + Direct Bus
Another choice is to take the subway line 14 to Xian North Train Station first, then leave from exit D and walk westward for about 250 meters to the bus station. Here, you can take the direct bus to the Terracotta Warriors, which departs every 15 minutes. This way takes about 2.5 hours and costs a total of CNY 36.
By Taxi/Ride-hailing
Taxi/ride-hailing is the fastest way. With a distance of about 65km, the taxi takes only about 1 hour. The cost is about CNY 100.

Get to Terracotta Army from Xiāan Railway Station
Take subway Line 4, transfer to Line 1, then Line 9, get off at “Huaqing Pool” station. Then take the Terracotta Warriors sightseeing bus No. 5 (306), No. 602, No. 613 to reach the museum. Or you may take train C178 or C8196 for around 17 minutes to reach Lintong Railway Station. Get off at Bingmayong Gangwan, and then walk for 3 minutes to arrive at the Terracotta Warriors Museum.

At the east gate of Yisu Theater on the east of Bell Tower, the official direct bus will escort the tourists to Terracotta Warriors directly. At the north square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, you can take the tourism direct bus. A single trip costs CNY 25 and takes about 1 hour.
By Subway + Bus
This way is most economical but requires transfer for 2 – 3 times. Metro line 9 is the only line to Lintong District, so all the tourists need to transfer to this line from your position first. Then get off at Huaqingchi Station and leave from exit C. Finally, get there by bus line 602 or 613.
